<p>The LS7000 is a full-featured sensor, based on the LS6000 but with onboard fuse, static and surge protection for applications like plastic pellets where static may be a problem.</p>
<p>A built in timer allows the user to select an ON or an OFF delay for up to 2 hours, so wave action in a turbulent vessel can be ignored or a vessel can be discharged to a lower level automatically.</p>

<p>The LS8000 with its remote electronics is ideal for applications where it is unsafe or inconvenient to mount the electronics directly onto the probe on the vessel.</p>
<p>A maintenance free epoxy- encapsulated transmitter is mounted in the explosion proof head of the probe. The receiver board can be mounted up to a mile from the transmitter, which is connected to the receiver with a twisted, shielded pair of wire. The receiver board is wired to the power supply and has all the calibration adjustments and the relay output.</p>

<p>Dynamic weighing on a troughed belt requires understanding and experience. At Golconda we have both. Golconda’s belt weighers range from simple single / twin idler units for general purpose low accuracy (+/- 2%) applications to larger four /six idler systems where greater accuracy is required (+/- 0,5%).</p>
<p>The belt weighers are suitable for both horizontal and inclined conveyors. They are easy to assemble and install and, as they have a high degree of reliability, have minimal maintenance requirements. Capacities range from 250 kg/hr to 6000 t/hr.</p>

<p><strong>IGF Systems </strong></p>
<p>Concetti's IGF range of bag placers embodies the result of many year's experience. Flexible, reliable and easy to use, the IGF range can handle pack sizes from 2 to 50kg with speeds up to 1500 bags/hr, depending on the material being packed. Using gross or net weighing with gravity, belt or screw feed systems, the fully enclosed monobloc housing provides clean, compact, safe and consistent bag filling and closing.</p>
<p>Self-adjusting features make product changeovers quick and simple. Flat or gusseted bags made from paper, coated paper, PE or woven PP can be handled and bag closure can be from simple sewing through to heat sealing, reactivation of pre-applied glue, or any combination of these.</p>

<p>Four basic units make up the range. The IGF 600, 900 1200 and 1500 designations indicate the maximum output in bags/hr and covers most applications. The modular design allows Concetti's engineers to tailor each machine to the customer's specific application.</p>

<p>Concetti's FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) filling systems include gross and net weighing versions and a carousel arrangement for speeds up to 100 bags/hr. The whole range is characterised by high precision weighing and the ability to handle a wide range of different products.</p>
<p>The choice of machine is determined by the material handled and the output required by the customer.</p>
<p><strong>Gross Weighing</strong></p>
<p>With this system, the big-bag itself is weighed and product is fed directly into it. The hydraulically driven vertical movement of the frame makes it possible to handle a wide variety of bag formats very easily.</p>
<p><strong>Net Weighing</strong></p>
<p>With this system, a net weigher produces the weighment while the operator places the bag. A wide variety of weighments and bag formats can be handled. The unit can also be used to fill other containers such as Octabins, for example.</p>
<p><strong>Carousel</strong></p>
<p>For very high-speed applications, the carousel system has six stations to allow the operator to place a big-bag, while other bags are being filled, vibrated and unloaded. Bags pass under the filling position one after the other. Because these activities take place simultaneously, the output is increased up to 100 bags/hr.</p>

<p>The gross weigher is made as an integrated part of the IGF or Continua machine. In this case the bag holder is itself weighed and product is fed directly into the bag with no intervening weigh hopper.</p>

<p>Silos, hoppers and bins commonly experience difficulties with material flow. It is easy to put material into a storage container. It is not always as easy to get it out! Dry, bulk material, when stored in bins, hoppers, silos, or tanks, can lose flow characteristics. That's when typical flow problems occur - bridging, arching, rat holing or material clinging to areas of the hopper and vertical walls.</p>
<p>Materials which tend to pack or cannot easily be brought to a free-flowing state e.g. soda ash, wood chips, rubber scrap, Soya meal, bran, etc. The combination of Hopper Shape and Material Characteristics will determine the Discharge Properties. To help solve these flow problems Golconda sells the Monitor Evasser Flo-Pad.</p>
<p>The single Evasser Flo-Pad is small, compact, yet capable of dislodging and moving hard-to-handle, pack-prone bulk materials in bins and hoppers with ease. It can dislodge with a blast, control with a whisper of air. The Flo-Pad discharges air at up to 80 psi then, maintains flowability with 2 to 5 psi.</p>
<p>Quick, easy outside bin installation makes it an ideal replacement for worn, plugged, malfunctioning air pads. No unloading of bin to get inside. Simply disconnect air supply on existing unit, cut hole right next to the clogged air pad from the outside and secure Flo-Pad with four bolts.</p>
<p>The Monitor Flo-Pad requires no maintenance. It has no moving parts, no filters to clean or replace.</p> |

<p>Golconda manufactures ASTA (The Association of Short-circuit Testing Authorities) certified Motor Control Centres. The flexible design means compartments are configurable at the factory or on-site using withdrawable trays for easy maintenance.</p>
<p>Our MCC panels are manufactured to Form 4b (types 4 to 7 according to the clients needs) where all functional units and the bus bars and incoming/outgoing terminals are separated from each other.</p>
