Wrapping Systems

For very high speed applications Ring machines offer many advantages. The Technowrapp A range has two basic models the A 800 and the A 800-4.

The A 800 is a two column unit for rates up to 100 pallets/hr based on 800 x 1200 and 1000 x 1200 pallets up to 2100mm high.

The four column A 800-4 can wrap up to 130 pallets/hr.

The B range of rotating arm machines covers three basic models the B150, B170 and B200. These units handle 60, 80 and 100 pallets per hour. Again the standard pallet size is 800 x 1200 and 1000 x 1200. Standard pallet height is 2100mm although other heights can be catered for if required.

Models B150E, B170E and B200E have automatic top sheet dispensers and a reduced output of 45, 60 and 70 pallets/hr.

The pre-stretch carriage allows film stretching up to 300%. The unwinding speed, controlled by a motor installed on the carriage, is inverter-driven and based on load perimeter.

The P range of rotating turntable machines covers two models the P60 and P80 suitable for up to 40 and 55 pallets/hr respectively. Standard pallet sizes are 800 x 1200 and 1000 x 1200. Standard height is 2100mm.

The pre-stretch carriage allows film stretching up to 200%. The unwinding speed, controlled by a motor installed on the carriage, is inverter-driven and based on load perimeter.

A touchscreen display allows easy setting of wrapping parameters. In addition, it displays any faults (self-diagnosis) and production data.

The P60E and P80E are equipped with automatic top sheet dispensers to provide shower proof wrapping and this reduces output to 30 and 45 pallets/hr respectively.
