<p>TOTE® Discharge Stations are an integral part of the TOTE® Side Door Bin system. The TOTE® "Tilt Station" is used to transfer product from the TOTE® Side Door Bin by gravity into a transition hopper which can be equipped with a screw conveyor, vibratory feeder, vacuum conveying system or other material handling devices. The process can be accomplished completely automated or manually by an operator. The TOTE® Tilt Station can be manufactured to many regulated specifications including FDA and USDA/3A.</p>
<p>Difficult to flow products are handled with simplicity with the use of the large receiver hopper on the TOTE® Tilt Station.</p> |

Turntable, Type P

<p>The P range of rotating turntable machines covers two models the P60 and P80 suitable for up to 40 and 55 pallets/hr respectively. Standard pallet sizes are 800 x 1200 and 1000 x 1200. Standard height is 2100mm.</p>
<p>The pre-stretch carriage allows film stretching up to 200%. The unwinding speed, controlled by a motor installed on the carriage, is inverter-driven and based on load perimeter.</p>
<p>A touchscreen display allows easy setting of wrapping parameters. In addition, it displays any faults (self-diagnosis) and production data.</p>
<p>The P60E and P80E are equipped with automatic top sheet dispensers to provide shower proof wrapping and this reduces output to 30 and 45 pallets/hr respectively.</p> |

Weigh Feeders

<p>The Golconda range of weigh belt feeders has been designed to extract and convey materials to preset feed rates with accuracies typically +/- 0.5% over 10:1 turndown. Standard feeders are available with belt widths from 600 mm to 1500 mm and suitable for feed rates between 0.5 and 1500 tonnes per hour.</p>
<p>Although we have standard ranges our feeders are generally tailor made to suit the clients’ requirements. The Golconda weigh belt feeder combines the versatility, precision, and reliability of PLC technology with high quality mechanical design and construction.</p> |
