Concetti have announced smarter remote support for customer's with their machines.
Starting from January 1, 2026 the service will be available for:
- Customers with an Annual Service Contract.
- Customers with a system under warranty.
- All customers by On-Demand Assistance via quote approval (pay-per-use).
