Concetti have announced smarter remote support for customer's with their machines.

Starting from January 1, 2026 the service will be available for:

  • Customers with an Annual Service Contract.
  • Customers with a system under warranty.
  • All customers by On-Demand Assistance via quote approval (pay-per-use).
